Acceptance of Contract Terms

The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and ClearOne Communications, Inc. ("ClearOne"). By accessing, browsing and/or using this site ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. export and re-export control laws and regulations. Any claim relating to, and the use of, this Site and the materials contained herein is governed by the laws of the state of Utah, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that: (i) the ClearOne website shall be deemed solely based in Utah; and (ii) the ClearOne website shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over ClearOne, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Utah. Any claim or dispute between you and ClearOne that arises in whole or in part from the ClearOne website shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
